Believers’ Boxing Gym is dedicated to training the fundamentals and engaging in the science of boxing through step by step explanation, demonstration, and just plain hard work! You will develop hand-eye coordination, speed, power, stamina and over-all body conditioning. You will work with an experienced fighter and trainer — so no matter your skill level or interest level, Believers’ Boxing Gym will have a place for you!

Believers' Boxing Gym's trainer

Rachel, the talented trainer of Believers' Boxing Gym, is a two-time Golden Gloves Champion with over 15 years of experience in and around the boxing ring. She is a Certified Trainer and Certified Official. Her teaching style brings an upbeat, positive attitude to every workout and training session.

Teen Class (ages 8-17):
For kids of all skill levels. This class will focus on fundamental skills, bag work, group activities, and some hand pads.
 
Adult Boxing Workout:
This class will incorporate all of the bags. (heavy bags, speed bags, double end bags). By rotating from one bag to another, the boxer will learn how to work each bag with different drills and combinations.
 
Adult Hand Pads Class:
The Hand Pads class will focus on work with a partner. Boxers will work offense and defense drills on hand pads, focusing on form, technique and speed.
 
Adult Drills and Combos Class:
The Drills and Combos class at Believers' Boxing Gym will dissect techniques to help boxers develop and improve all aspects of their game. This will include range, distance, speed, power, and conditioning.
